No—we work with everyone. The Female Accountant was founded to empower women and challenge traditional accounting, but we welcome all business owners who want straightforward, proactive accounting that actually makes sense and doesn’t overcomplicate the basics.

Once you’re ready to get started, we’ll send a new client form for you to complete. We’ll then send across our letter of engagement and other onboarding paperwork. If you’re switching from another accountant, don’t worry—we’ll contact them directly. From there, retainer clients get an onboarding call to set everything up, while ad-hoc clients receive a simple checklist and a shared folder to upload their documents.

We work with both sole traders and limited companies. Whether you’ve already incorporated or you’re still working as a sole trader, we can support you. Not sure which structure is right for you? We can help you figure that out too.
